Pete spent time in the New Zealand Army and the New Zealand Police. Janelle spent time as a Teacher & Property Developer.

Leading teams when it counted, when it was uncomfortable, and when getting it wrong had consequences. That's not a coaching qualification you can buy.

In 2025, on a 15-month overland journey from the UK to New Zealand — 53 countries, 67,080 kilometres — Janelle & Pete were detained, blindfolded and interrogated by Iranian secret police.

We got out.

Together we run NZ Growth Coach from Waikanae, working with New Zealand Business owners & Leaders who've built something real and hit the ceiling.
